Send us the problem.
A few lines is enough. We’ll look at it properly and tell you whether a tool can help.
- 01Describe the problem in a few lines.
- 02Record a short Loom in your own voice, showing us the job. Two or three minutes is plenty: click through the spreadsheet, the inbox or the system, and talk us through what you do and where it hurts. Paste the link into the form. Record a Loom →
- 03If there’s a fit, we’ll set up a discovery call. If not, we’ll tell you that too.
Want to see examples of finished work first? Ask, and we’ll share what we can.
Why a Loom, not attachments
Watching you do the job tells us more in two minutes than a page of description or a folder of files. We hear where the time goes, what you skip, and what you’ve learned to work around. That’s usually where the answer is.
It’s also safer for you. You choose what’s on screen, and nothing leaves your machine as a file. If we need one later, we’ll ask by reply email, once we’ve agreed how it should be handled.
Please redact before you send
Keep names, account numbers, case references, salaries and medical details off screen — anything you wouldn’t want sitting in an ordinary inbox. This first look doesn’t need real data. A made-up row, a test record, or the screen with private columns hidden tells us enough.
Nothing sent through this form is confidential in any formal sense, because it arrives by ordinary email. Once we agree there’s a fit, the first thing we settle is how your material is handled — an NDA, working on your machine, a secure transfer, restricted access, or all of it. Until then, send the shape of the problem, not the contents.
